Poem for my Granny !

Sorry I haven't posted for a while ! Here is a poem I wrote for my Granny :)

Granny, I love you,
Lots and lots,
That's why there are so few
words to describe it.
You are the best Gran I could ask for.
For me, you keep the moon in orbit,
and keep the Earth turning round and round.
You keep the sun in its rightful place,
and make the stars shine so bright.
Granny, you are ACE !
The best; you are filled with light.
I love you with every piece of my heart,
I love you more every day and and night !


So that was the poem I wrote for my Granny, that I plan on giving to her for christmas :)

Hi, my name is Peter ! Poem

And, here is the second anti-bullying poem. In advance, sorry about it being all negative ..

Hi, my name is Peter.

Peter with a P.

I am the brightest in the class,

As everyone can see.

You ask about my friends?

Well, friends are hard to get,

When you are the brightest in the class,

And the bully’s words are threats.

At break and lunch I sit alone,

In a corner away from them.

But even that won’t stop

The spitting of the phlegm.

In lesson I get notes,

Screwed up in a ball.

They are thrown at my head,

And the teacher does nothing at all.

Now it’s the end of the day,

And I have to walk home alone.

It’s nearly 30 minutes,

And, oh! I should have known!

They follow me half way,

Then trip me up and say,

“You’re a worthless piece of scum, my boy!”

Then my legs gave-way.

I wake up on the street,

Aching body and all,

My nose is bleeding heavily,

And I feel so very small.

They took away my confidence,

My power and my joy.

Now all that is left,

Is a shell of an empty boy.

I make my decision then and there,

It’s all planned out in here.

I point up towards my brain,

And make out like its fair.

I find a piece of rope,

A razor and a knife.

I wonder what people would think

If I end my struggle with life.

I walk into the bathroom,

My eyes glazed over with tears.

I wonder what people would say now,

Now that I have no fears.

I floated around in the darkness,

Then white, red and blue.

As my heart slowed,

The changing colours slowed down too.

It’s all over now.

I have seen it through.

The bullies were arrested

And I believe in you!

Hey, you bully ! Poem

Hey everyone ! :)
Two poems going up today, both to do with bullying. I had to make a poem for homework for anti-bullying week a while back and ended up making two, so here's the first one :)

Hey you bully, over there!

You remember me with the perfect hair?

All day long you’d sit and stare,

And I couldn’t get away from that evil glare.

You’d always hurt me,

Where it wouldn’t be seen.

Once you even tied me to a tree,

Because you were just that mean!

I’d sit and listen throughout the lesson,

But all you’d do was seek attention,

By stealing my things and throwing them,

And I’d get in trouble and have to say “I’m sorry, Ma’am”

The days of torture

Went on and on.

The days of horror,

Where you won.

I couldn’t bare to tell anyone,

And I have the perfect reason.

Your threats of pain are stuck in my head,

And all those notes you’ve wrote, that I’ve read.

But finally, an idea struck.

I got a camera

And hoped for some luck,

That I would catch you in the act.

I hid the camera behind a bin,

The one that you always shove me in,

The one where you always make me whine,

The one where you think bullying is fine.

And then it happens,

You bully me.

But the red light is on,

And I actually feel happy and free!

It’s finally happened,

You’ve been caught in the act.

You are finally done for,

And that’s a fact!

I take the recording to the teacher the next day,

I walk up to her and say,

“I want you to see this now”

I show her and see her frown.

Turns out the bully was abused at home,

But they still got into trouble,

They got detention. Heck, maybe a double!

And I feel fine, free as a bubble!

No more bullies hurt me now!

I laugh and laugh,

And think ‘Oh WOW!’

I’m free as a bird,

I’m free as a plane!

I will never let someone hurt me again!

Negative Poem !

Really bored so here's another ! Sorry it's a bit down-beat :L

Dark and doom
And despair at night,
Why, oh why
Can i never see the light?
It feels as if my soul has gone,
And my life is all a con.
Will I ever see the bliss,
If I get out of this abyss?

Again, sorry it's a bit negative !

Second Poem !

Hey again ! Just thought that considering I have nothing to do at the moment, I would post another poem :) So here it is ..

As days go by,
You must be mine.
You fill my life,
With wonderful sights.
Across the world,
There are many like me.
The people searching,
For the perfect One-To-Be!
Every so often,
Two will meet.
Two that are each others destiny.
They fill their lives,
With happiness and love,
And celebrate using a wedding dove.
So for the people who don't believe me,
Just wait for the perfect One-To-Be!

First Poem !

Hi ! Sorry I haven't posted any poems yet ! I've been busy, but here is one now that, I wrote in my spare time ! I believe I wrote this as my mum's christmas present last year :)

 Mummy, you’re the best

The best in every way.

You’re smart,

You’re funny,

You’re beautiful

But I have more to say.

The Sun shines around you

And where ever you are is so full of glee!

But just to let you understand,

These things can’t be said so simply.

Mummy I loved you lots yesterday,

But today it’s even more!

It’ll grow and grow ‘til the very end,

And even after there will be more to send.

People may say you’re pretty,

But I know that they’re wrong.

You’re absolutely beautiful!

So don’t ever think your not.

Let me end this in a few words...

Mummy you’re the best,

Even if we fight!

I know that we’ll get through,

And eventually see the light!
